Orders & Payments:
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Payments are securely processed via third-party payment gateways including Razorpay.

No Return / No Exchange Policy:
Evynora Studio follows a strict no return and no exchange policy.
Refunds are applicable only in cases where:

The product received is damaged, or

The product received is incorrect from what was ordered
A clear, continuous open-box video recorded at the time of delivery is mandatory to be eligible for any refund.
Refund requests without valid video proof or raised after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 working days.
Shipping:
Orders are shipped as per the Shipping Policy available on our website.
Limitation of Liability:
Evynora Studio shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the website or products.
Governing Law:
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Courts at Bangalore, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
