Refund & Cancellation Policy – Evynora Studio
Evynora Studio follows a strict no return and no exchange policy.
Refunds are applicable only under the following conditions:

- The product received is damaged, or

- The product received is incorrect / different from what was ordered
Mandatory Open-Box Video Requirement

- To be eligible for a refund, the customer must provide a clear, continuous, unedited open-box video.

- The video must show:

- The sealed package
-
- The shipping label
-
- The unboxing process
-
- The damaged or incorrect product clearly

- The video must show:

- Requests without an open-box video will not be accepted under any circumstances.
Reporting Timeline

- The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery by emailing evynora3@gmail.com.

- Claims raised after 48 hours will not be considered.
Refund Process

- Upon verification, refunds (if approved) will be processed to the original payment method within 7 working days.

- No refunds are applicable for reasons such as change of mind, size issues, color preference, or personal dislike.
Order Cancellation

- Orders once placed cannot be cancelled.
Evynora Studio reserves the right to accept or reject refund requests based on verification of the above conditions.
